- 1 C cooked, cubed turkey breast (not cold cuts, may sub tofu chicken or pork)
- 2 C chopped romaine
- 1 /2 C chopped and bruised kale
- 1/2 C toasted pecans or walnuts
- 1/4 C chopped red onion
- 1/4 C yellow bell pepper
- 1/4 cup shaved parmesan
- 1 avacado
