I’m not chickin’ salad

Serves 4-6


  • 1 block tempe cubed and steamed
  • ½ c mayo or desired amount
  • 1 TBS Dijon mustard
  • 2 stalks celery chopped
  • 3 TBS red onion chopped (optional)
  • 2 TBS dill relish


  1. Combine all ingredients (amounts are all basically to taste so add or subtract according to your families needs)
  2. Chill for 1 hour
  3. Serve over crunchy greens or as an open face sandwich on whole wheat bun.
