Ingredients
- 1 block tempe cubed and steamed
- ½ c mayo or desired amount
- 1 TBS Dijon mustard
- 2 stalks celery chopped
- 3 TBS red onion chopped (optional)
- 2 TBS dill relish
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients (amounts are all basically to taste so add or subtract according to your families needs)
- Chill for 1 hour
- Serve over crunchy greens or as an open face sandwich on whole wheat bun.
